Procurement as-a-Service

Fully outsourced, end-to-end management of one or many technology procurements – run to your department’s own policies and templates.

What exactly is the as-a-Service model?

Using a procurement as-a-Service model is different. It is innovative and saves your organisation time and money, while ensuring that each procurement event complies with your department’s and the government’s legislation, policies and processes.

How would using this service save me money?

The model fully supports low-risk and low-value procurements under $1,000,000. It is driven by GovP2P workflows, with experienced staff guiding every step of the process.

Pairing as-a-Service with a part-time dedicated resource enables stakeholder engagement and significantly supports internal business processes. This approach is often used for larger project procurements that involve detailed guidance and engagement with internal staff.

For heavy lifting or extensive tendering, we also provide dedicated staff who generally operate from your premises. That looks more like traditional delivery, with one difference: your dedicated expert is backed by a team with a broad spectrum of supply chain and procurement experience.

Why parallel delivery matters

One lifecycle, two very different timelines

We mapped a real ICT procurement lifecycle – 10 stages, 120 steps and 51 documents – and compared running it end-to-end in sequence against the GovP2P parallel delivery model. Same scope, same governance, around a third of the elapsed time.
